Job Overview

Bethany Manor, a non‑profit Christian seniors housing organization, is seeking a part‑time Resident Aide to join our team.

Applicants must enjoy working with seniors and be committed to providing a secure and healthy environment and quality care for our residents.

The Resident Aide will be required to work day and night shifts.

Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily activities
Medication administration and charting
Record keeping
Cleaning and laundry services
Serve meals to residents

Training & Certification

The selected candidate will be required to submit a criminal record check with the vulnerable sector check prior to commencement of employment. The selected candidate will also be required to complete a two‑day Personal Care Home Worker Course, Standard First Aid & CPR certification, Food Safety training and WHMIS 2015 within the first month of employment.
