As an Operations and Accounting Administrator, you will handle key financial responsibilities, including accounts payable and receivable, while also engaging with the operational side of the business. This multifaceted position requires expertise in QuickBooks Online and solid Excel skills to improve overall business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full cycle of accounts payable and receivable billing
• Reconcile vendor statements and credit card transactions
• Support data entry for grain loads and operational tasks




• Assist grain buyer with contract management and administration
• Perform general office duties and feedlot support when necessary
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and receivable
• Relevant post-secondary education in Accounting or Agriculture
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and FeedIT beneficial
• Solid initiative and communication skills required
• Flexibility to work in office and feedlot environments
