The Centre for Trades and Technologies is seeking a motivated individual to instruct both Pre-Employment and Apprenticeship Electrician courses. This full time, temporary role is essential for shaping skilled electricians. You'll be responsible for delivering lectures, managing class schedules, and tracking student progress while utilizing cutting-edge educational tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct lectures and lab sessions in Electrical Program
• Promote program and facilitate student recruitment initiatives
• Manage and adjust class schedules effectively
• Track and support student progress with interventions
• Develop and update instructional content regularly
Requirements:
• Alberta Journeyman Electrician Certification required
• Minimum five years of industry experience needed
• Robust diagnostic and computer skills mandatory
• Ability to work in a positive team environment
• Teaching experience considered an asset
