Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise shop operations with direct involvement in fabrication
• Directly manage work assignments and daily production schedules
• Transform engineering designs into actionable fabrication plans
• Support quality control and mentor fabrication staff
• Ensure all safety measures are followed in the workspace
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of relevant fabrication experience
• Background in a supervisory role or senior fabrication position
• Expertise in troubleshooting and reviewing design flow
• Effective communicator with hands-on leadership style
• Red Seal or equivalent trade certification preferred
