Join Olathe Medical Pavilion B as a GI Endoscopy Technician I, supporting patient care in a full time capacity. Your role will include vital tasks ensuring a clean and effective procedure workplace.
You will assist with patient preparation, perform vital sign checks, and support licensed staff during procedures. This position is key in maintaining the supply inventory and ensuring scopes are properly cleaned and disinfected, allowing seamless patient flow through the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Obtain and manage supplies for procedures
• Assist in cleaning and organizing procedure rooms
• Conduct manual cleaning and high-level disinfection
• Record vital signs accurately during patient procedures
• Ensure all competencies for diagnostic procedures are completed
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience in healthcare roles such as CNA or EMT is preferred
• 2+ years technical experience advantageous
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Basic typing and computer skills necessary
