About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Treasury to take on a high-impact, senior executive role with a focus on corporate strategy, capital markets, and the energy transition. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financing and treasury activities, including the direct execution of corporate-level debt, leading the project finance teams in North America and Europe, and representing the company's financing strategy to various stakeholders. This role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of originating, structuring, and executing a range of corporate financing instruments. The VP, Treasury will also be involved in loan administration, global treasury management, hedging, and financial risk, and will serve as the primary interface with institutional shareholders and lenders.





Applicants must have more than 15 years' of progressive treasury experience, with a robust background in corporate debt and project finance markets. The role demands a proven leader with established relationships in North America and Europe, particularly with banking syndicates, bond investors, and infrastructure debt providers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics, with an MBA, CFA, or CPA highly preferred. Fluency in English is required, with conversational French being a significant asset. The VP, Treasury should be a collaborative, low-ego qualified with a sense of responsibility, deep financial expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with sophisticated investors and internal teams. Experience in renewable energy or a capital-intensive sector, as well as a track record in IR communications, capital markets, and tax-productive structuring, are also key attributes for this role.
