Position Details

Permanent part‑time Registered Early Childhood Educator – EarlyON Child and Family Centre in Blind River, ON.

Salary: $27–$29 per hour. Hours: 25 per week, adaptable schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Closing Date: July 24, 2026.

Qualifications
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and current registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators
Knowledge of child development, early learning practices, and relevant legislation
Experience working with children ages 0–6 and their families in a group setting
Solid communication, teamwork, planning, organizational, and time management skills
Administrative and computer skills
Ability to work a versatile 25‑hour weekly schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification for infants/children
Current vulnerable sector criminal record check, health assessment, and up-to-date immunizations
Valid Ontario driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and appropriate insurance
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
