Job Description (Detailed) We are seeking an experienced Lead Stress Engineer / Project Coordinator to support aerostructures engineering activities for an aerospace program based in the Mississauga/Toronto area.
The selected candidate will lead technical stress-analysis activities while coordinating engineering deliverables between customer stakeholders and offshore engineering teams.
The role requires solid expertise in aircraft structural analysis, design validation, project coordination, and customer communication.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in: Classical/hand stress analysis Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Aircraft primary and secondary structures Structural substantiation Design modifications Strength evaluations Stress report preparation Design validation Candidates should also be capable of leading technical discussions, tracking project activities, coordinating engineering teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Experience with commercial or business aircraft programs and Aircraft OEM settings is highly preferred.
