Reporting to the Team Leader at Quadrus Services & Admin., you will handle the transfer of assets, ensuring accurate processing and communication with partners. You’ll maintain records and uphold service standards to minimize any financial impact. Your expertise in mutual funds and attention to detail will ensure a seamless transition for advisors and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review client statements and advise on paperwork
• Process transferred assets accurately and timely
• Maintain electronic records for each transfer




• Communicate regularly with mutual fund companies
• Support external advisors in their transitions
Requirements:
• Experience with mutual funds and investment products
• Proficiency in Fundserv and Investment Centre
• Solid attention to detail under deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in French and English for Quebec position
