As Front of House Lead, you will guide operations at the Algonquin Commons Theatre and other key venues. Reporting to the Manager, you'll mentor staff, implement operational standards, and uphold customer service excellence. Leadership and communication skills are essential for motivating staff and ensuring service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate and mentor current Front of House staff
• Maintain secure, sanitary environments at all venues
• Facilitate daily operations and manage cleaning schedules
• Balance cash tills and complete accurate deposits
• Oversee inventory counts and manage costs
Requirements:
• Six months of supervisory experience in hospitality
• One year in a hospitality workplace
• Solid training and mentoring aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Smart Serve and food safety certifications required
