This role focuses on delivering cultural support services and rebuilding relationships within the community. You will play a critical role in addressing the effects of childhood trauma linked to the residential school system. Engaging in cultural activities, your work will empower clients through education and support during their journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with clients and community members
• Provide support and debriefing in crisis situations




• Oversee timely information management for service deliveries
• Facilitate cultural healing events such as feasts
• Support clients at IRS proceedings and resolutions
Requirements:
• Familiarity with Treaty 6 Protocols key
• Background in childhood trauma and healing methods
• Supervisory and program management experience
• Class 5 Driver's License needed
• First Aid certificate or enrollment in training
