As a Property Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting our expanding portfolio and accounting operations. Your responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing annual budgets, and resolving tenant disputes. This position requires collaboration with Lease Administration and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective tenant management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements and working papers monthly
• Conduct cash analysis and manage payment distributions




• Prepare annual budgets and reforecasts promptly
• Liaise with Property Managers and clients effectively
• Analyze and prepare tenant escalations and adjustments
Requirements:
• CPA, CA, or CGA designation (or in progress)
• 3+ years’ experience in full cycle accounting
• Detail-oriented with robust time management skills
• Familiarity with Yardi software is advantageous
