In this role within the Fleet Project Management Office, you will oversee the planning and execution of complex vessel programs. Harnessing your extensive background in managing capital projects, you will coordinate diverse teams, ensuring projects align with asset strategies and operational requirements. This role requires proactivity in governance, performance metrics, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple interrelated vessel project initiatives
• Lead lifecycle planning aligned with asset and operational needs
• Ensure timely and quality governance of fleet projects




• Identify and manage project-related risks and trade-offs
• Mentor Project Managers on FPMO standards and practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field or Marine Engineering Competency Certificate
• 10+ years of experience leading complex capital programs
• Expertise in vessel refit or similar industries
• Solid communication with stakeholders
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
