Your role involves strategic planning for maintenance projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for budgeting and procurement, aligning departmental operations with club objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Maintenance Technician team
Oversee daily work assignments and prioritize tasks
Coordinate maintenance schedules with club leadership
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
Implement training programs for safety and preventive maintenanceRequirements:
7–10 years in building engineering with 3 years in management
Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
4th Class Power Engineer certificate required
