Empower Simcoe is eager to hire compassionate individuals for overnight positions. A minimum of a PSW Certificate and a high school diploma is required. Experience in a community setting will enhance your effectiveness at empowering individuals in their personal journey to achieve set goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key support in the Individual Support Planning process
• Provide personal care and conduct vigilant checks overnight
• Keep timely documentation and manage records
• Monitor medication and behavior throughout the night
• Report any significant changes to the in office team
Requirements:
• Requires high school diploma and PSW Certificate
• Experience in community residential settings preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport essential
• Competency in computer systems required
• Able to accommodate up to 72 hours work biweekly
