About the Role
The Company is in search of an AVP, People & Culture to join their agile team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in driving the organization's people strategy, with a focus on talent acquisition, performance management, and leadership development. This role requires a minimum of 10 years' progressive HR experience, including a proven track record in leading talent acquisition and HR business partner functions. The AVP will be responsible for shaping and executing talent initiatives that align with the business's objectives and foster a high-performance, values-based culture. They will also lead a team of HR business partners, establish a robust HRBP model, and ensure the effective implementation of performance management and talent development programs.
