We're looking for a Logistics Specialist who will drive logistics operations for our growing E-commerce business. You’ll coordinate fulfillment, monitor inventory accuracy, and work on continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure service levels are met across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily E-commerce logistics and P&L; performance
• Monitor final-mile delivery and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with retail logistics for process alignment
• Improve performance using KPIs and dashboards
• Negotiate terms with logistics service providers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with logistics focus
• 5+ years in logistics, especially E-commerce
• Experience with multi-channel logistics operations
• Skilled in data-driven decision-making
• Relationship-building skills with partners and teams
