As a Continuous Improvement Manager at gategroup, you will implement and sustain the CI roadmap while analyzing key performance indicators. Your expertise will help identify major cost drivers and lead significant process improvements through engaging people at all levels. You'll work closely with operations and train others in Lean manufacturing principles to ensure the unit thrives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the Continuous Improvement roadmap
• Analyze data to evaluate process KPIs and performance
• Lead diagnostics on cost drivers,



including labor and materials
• Implement gateOPEX standardization for core processes
• Facilitate unit-wide training and relevant improvement projects
Requirements:
• University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum four years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing
• Lean Six Sigma green belt certification preferred
• Solid knowledge of Quality and Project Management principles
• Excellent communication skills in English
