In this newly created role, you will oversee the complete employee lifecycle at GenCore, partnering with senior leaders to implement HR strategies. You’ll be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring strict compliance with Canadian employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized roles
• Coach managers on performance issues and conflict resolution




• Oversee compensation and advantages to enhance employee retention
• Monitor HR key performance indicators and prepare reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
• Minimum of eight years in progressive HR roles
• Solid knowledge of Canadian HR legislation and practices
• Experience in budget management and HR analytics
• CPHR designation preferred
