Key Responsibilities:
• Administer infill servicing agreements with private developers
• Ensure engineering drawings meet subdivision approval requirements
• Lead pre-circulation meetings among stakeholders
• Utilize ePlan and eServices for project management
• Dive into municipal cost-sharing and levies
Requirements:
• Civil or Environmental engineering degree
• Active P.Eng status with APEGA or eligible status
• Minimum 4 years relevant municipal engineering experience
• In-depth knowledge of municipal procedures and standards
• Solid analytical and negotiation skills
