Our client, a growing and expanding food and beverage manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across multiple facilities.

This is a high-impact role for an HR skilled who enjoys partnering with operations, driving workforce initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership.

As the organization''s senior HR leader, you will oversee all aspects of human resources while playing a critical role in fostering positive employee relations, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring compliance with employment and labour legislation.

Responsibilities Provide leadership across all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and policy administration.

Act as the primary HR business partner to operations leaders across multiple manufacturing facilities.

Lead labour relations activities, including collective agreement interpretation, grievance handling, labour-management meetings, and contract administration.





Play a key role in collective bargaining and union negotiations while building productive relationships with union representatives.

Support both unionized and non-union employee populations in a quick-paced manufacturing workplace.

Advise and coach leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, investigations, progressive discipline, accommodations, and conflict resolution.

Ensure compliance with Ontario employment legislation, labour laws, occupational health and safety requirements, and HR best practices.

Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs.

Lead attendance management, disability management, and return-to-work programs.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven workplace culture.

Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness.
