As a Prep Cook, You Will
Completedaily preparation of food
Ensurefood is prepped with high quality and in a timely fashion
Maintainthe kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
Organizework areas as well as storage areas
Maintaina high standard of safety and sanitation
Communicatewith kitchen staff
Followinstructions as directed by the kitchen manager




Assistin all areas of the kitchen as required
Complywith nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Followall operations policies and procedures
Workalongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

Who You Are
Positive and outgoing personality
Love for building strong relations with team members
Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Must possess a desire for personal and professional development
Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast‑paced environment
A desire to have fun a work, when you have fun our guests do too

What You Bring
Cooking or prep experience is an asset
A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
Food Handling Certification required
