Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders
• Lead grievance management and advise on risk assessments




• Conduct investigations for grievances and complaints
• Develop and implement employee policies and compliance
• Participate in collective bargaining negotiations
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years in HR with employee relations focus
• Solid knowledge of labour laws in Western Canada
• Proven skills in conflict resolution and change management
• Willingness to travel within Western Canada
