Our client, a financial services leader, is hiring for a Front End Developer. This is a hybrid contract position in Toronto. This individual will support the design, development, and maintenance of web-based user interfaces using Vue and other web technologies. This role will focus on building responsive, high-quality front-end solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support evolving product needs. Contract Duration: 6 Months to Start Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on front‑end development experience in an enterprise environment. Strong experience with Vue.Js is required . Experience with React.Js is highly preferred. Experience with Ember.Js is a plus. Experience working in an Agile environment. Experience with Git branching strategies and code testing frameworks. Robust knowledge of REST API integration. Experience in the financial services industry and/or with payment systems would be a plus.



What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities Build responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces. Collaborate with team members using established Git branching strategies. Write, execute, and maintain front‑end code tests using appropriate testing frameworks. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and best practices. Contribute to iterative development efforts, with exposure to Agile methodologies where applicable.
