Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent based in the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. Daily tasks include conducting property showings, researching market trends, preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships.



The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while adhering to industry standards and company objectives.

Qualifications

- A valid Real Estate License is required to practice within the Greater Vancouver Metropolitan Area
- Proficiency in real estate processes and expertise in local market trends
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of Real Property principles and real estate investment strategies
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with real estate technology tools and platforms is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully closed sales or demonstrated potential in the real estate industry
