This role will design and maintain repeatable, scalable FP&A processes to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.The ideal candidate brings strong analytical rigor, exceptional Excel capabilities, and hands-on experience supporting consolidated and non-consolidated reporting for multi-entity organizations. This role requires the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning, Analysis & ReportingCollect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data across multiple business entities.Proactively develop and deliver board-level and executive reporting packages that provide clear insights into performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reporting, including variance analysis against budget and forecast.Support enterprise-level budgeting and rolling forecasting processes across the corporate group.Process, Systems & ScalabilityDesign, implement, and continuously improve repeatable FP&A processes and reporting frameworks.Establish standardized data collection, reporting cadence, and financial governance across entities.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of corporate financial information.Partner with accounting, operations,
