Responsibilities

- Represent clients in legal proceedings, ensuring their interests are protected
- Negotiate settlements and provide expert legal advice
- Collaborate closely with clients, paralegals, and other legal professionals to handle legal matters efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

- Demonstrable expertise in business law and real estate law




- Thorough understanding of the British Columbia legal system
- Fluency in Farsi is an advantage
- Ability to utilize digital resources and modern legal research tools, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Clio
