Role Description The Evening Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in North Bay, ON. This position oversees evening cleaning operations, including coordinating staff assignments, monitoring work quality, and ensuring that all commercial client locations meet company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising cleaning teams, managing schedules and workflows, checking supplies and equipment, and responding promptly to client requests or concerns. The supervisor will review daily performance, address operational issues, support team training, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.



This role works closely with management to implement process improvements and maintain efficient, reliable evening operations.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Candidates should possess Operations and Operations Management skills, such as scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to assess process effectiveness.
Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with staff and clients.
Previous experience in janitorial, facilities, or commercial cleaning environments is an asset.
Ability to work evening shifts on-site in North Bay, ON, and manage physical tasks in a cleaning setting.
Basic computer skills for reporting, scheduling, and documenting operations; familiarity with cleaning or facility management software is beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in supervision, operations, or facilities management is an advantage.
