Description Our client is hiring an OCM Lead to drive strategic communications for a large-scale S/4 HANA enterprise transformation program.

You will be responsible for shaping a explicit transformation narrative, aligning leaders and employees, and enabling adoption of recent systems and ways of working across the organization.

The position partners closely with OCM, leadership, and corporate teams to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide communication strategies.
