Title: Product Manager Cloud & Policy (Banking / Code Modernization) Location: Toronto, ON Salary Range: C$85 -C$90/Hr.

Duration: 7 Months Introduction We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of banking, cloud platforms, and policy-driven code modernization.

This role will work closely with a leading financial institution to define, govern, and execute policies for code transformation and cloud adoption across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Client Azure.

You will act as the bridge between business, engineering, compliance, and cloud providers driving product vision, regulatory alignment, and scalable implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in financial services or regulated industries Robust understanding of cloud platforms (GCP and/or Azure) Experience working with banking, financial institutions, or regulatory settings Knowledge of policy-as-code, governance frameworks,



and compliance standards Proven ability to translate complex policy or regulatory requirements into technical solutions Prior work experience at client or in client''s Industry Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with tools such as Terraform, Open Policy Agent (OPA), or similar governance frameworks.

Familiarity with Dev

SecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices.

Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, or regional banking regulations).
