We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operation Support Specialist to join our team in Ottawa.

The ideal candidate will bring robust communication skills, handson experience supporting software development teams, and the ability to work effectively in a customerfacing environment.

This role supports Agile and Dev

SecOps delivery teams and contributes to smooth operational workflows across the project lifecycle.

In this role, you will: Provide daytoday operational support to Agile and Dev

SecOps teams.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to ensure efficient workflow and issue resolution.

Support sprint activities, documentation, tracking, and reporting.

Assist with process improvements, team coordination, and operational planning.

Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, updates, and support needs.





Maintain transparent communication across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in all the following areas: Agile software development and Dev

SecOps environments.

Working as part of a software development team, supporting technical and operational activities.

Customerfacing roles, providing support, communication, or service delivery.

Nice to have Experience with project coordination or operations support in government or enterprise environments.

Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev

Ops).

Understanding of IT service management or support processes.
