Key Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Facilitate HRIS administration and perks allocation




• Conduct workforce reporting and data analysis for insights
• Collaborate on audits and compliance initiatives regularly
• Support Talent Acquisition during recruitment peaks
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in Human Resources or People Operations
• Experience in supporting full employee lifecycle
• Understanding of Canadian and U.S. employment practices
