Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a team of Regional and Corporate Branch Managers, ensuring effective supervision and risk management. This position demands strategic vision and regulatory compliance to align with CIRO, CSA, and OFSI standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee consistent Tier 1 supervision framework across regions
• Maintain supervision manuals and policies for both dealers




• Act as senior escalation point for complex supervision matters
• Collaborate with internal partners on compliance issues
• Ensure effective execution of advisor oversight processes
Requirements:
• University degree with 10 years of financial experience
• Expertise in mutual fund and investment dealer compliance
• Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills
