Leverage your Agile expertise as a Project Manager specializing in ServiceNow with LeverageTek for a 12-month contract in Ottawa. You'll be pivotal in refining delivery processes and enhancing project outcomes.
In this role, you'll work in office in Ottawa two days a week, leading Agile ceremonies and fostering collaboration among teams. Your responsibility includes overseeing backlog planning with Product Owners and coordinating Big Room Planning sessions. Additionally, you'll champion continuous improvement and implement best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the evolution of the ServiceNow Agile operating model
• Facilitate ceremonies and remove delivery impediments




• Coordinate quarterly planning sessions for project alignment
• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards using Power BI
• Manage financial tracking and budget reporting
Requirements:
• 10–15 years of Agile Project Management experience
• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform management
• Robust skills in financial management and reporting
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
