You will follow up with leads through effective communication, make outbound calls daily, and actively participate in training sessions to enhance your skills. Ensuring above-average CSI ratings is a key expectation of this position, as well as maintaining qualified attire and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize CRM to follow up with potential customers
• Make an average of 40 calls daily to connect with leads




• Attend regular sales workshops and meetings
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet dealership standards
• Maintain an appointment closing ratio of 50%
Requirements:
• 1+ years in automotive sales required
• Knowledge of dealership processes and practices
• Demonstrated relationship-building abilities
• OMVIC License required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
