As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Bassano Health Centre in Alberta, you will utilize your nursing skills within an interprofessional team to deliver patient-centered care. Your responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, supporting daily living activities, and documenting patient changes. This casual/relief position offers varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care in line with AHS policies
• Monitor and document changes in patients’ conditions




• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary health care team
• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Ensure patient safety and well-being throughout care
Requirements:
• Accredited practical nurse education program completed
• Active or eligible LPN registration in Alberta
• Current BCLS-HCP certification required
• Minimum one year experience in adult med/surg nursing
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training preferred
