Catalent is seeking an Onsite Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist in Windsor, Ontario. This role focuses on maintaining safety compliance and advancing sustainability initiatives at the site.
As a key player in maintaining workplace safety, you will manage daily safety functions, conduct training, and support compliance with health regulations. Your effort will ensure that environmental protection methods are integrated effectively into operations, advocating for both employee safety and sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety rules and regulations
• Develop and implement safety procedures and programs
• Conduct risk assessments and behavior observations
• Lead the Joint Health and Safety Committee efforts
• Manage incident reporting and security protocols
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years of health and safety experience
• Occupational Health and Safety Certification is an asset
• CRSP designation preferred
• Familiarity with GDMP facilities is a plus
