Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor Mechanics and HVAC Technicians

Requirements:
• Red Seal Certification or equivalent in mechanics
• 5+ years in mechanical or HVAC roles
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and drawings
