Facilitate the processing of segregated funds, GICs and other investment products
Assume ownership of assigned files and quality of data
Track and follow-up on pending transfers with carriers
Perform immediate follow-up with advisors regarding missing information
Effectively resolve any issues, questions or complaints as they pertain to investments
Establish and facilitate current client accounts within the WealthServ Investment System
Manage incoming and outgoing Investments mail

Requirements
A minimum of 2 years' experience in the investment industry
Industry designations (FLMI, ACS, AIAA) desirable
Superior organizational and time management skills
Proven accuracy, attention to detail and data entry skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust interpersonal skills
Ability to represent self and organization in a skilled manner
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Knowledge of WealthServ and Microsoft Office programs; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Advanced level of the English and French language required.
