About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the co-CEOs in a hands-on, high-impact role. The successful candidate will be a high-caliber operator, capable of taking on and resolving deliberately underspecified problems, and will be responsible for building and maintaining a staffing and capacity model across delivery teams. This is not a senior or VP-level position, nor is it a people management role; instead, it demands a skilled with a robust background in a top consulting firm or a similar operating role,



who is adept at using AI to produce real work and is comfortable in both senior and junior work environments. The Chief of Staff will be expected to write and speak clearly and directly, and to be adept at moving between detailed analysis and senior client interactions.

Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 3 to 6 years' of experience in a relevant role, with a proven track record of using AI in a practical and impactful way. The role requires a candidate who is independent, with a strong bias toward finishing tasks, and who can demonstrate a range of skills without ego, from strategic thinking to hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be able to work with financials, use judgment under ambiguity, and absorb context quickly to support real-time decision-making.
