URGENT HOT JOB: Senior Full-Stack .NET & Azure Architect / Team Lead We are rapid-tracking submissions for an exclusive, high-impact project in Montreal! This role requires a hands-on technical leader with exceptional communication skills who can seamlessly bridge the gap between business stakeholders and distributed development teams.

Location: Montreal, QC (Full-time Onsite at Client Office + Occasional site visits to Baie-Comeau, Bcancour, and Deschambault) Experience Level: 10 - 13 Years Preferred Language Requirement: English fluency is required.

French-Canadian language proficiency is a solid asset / added advantage (but not strictly mandatory).

Requirements Core Technical Stack: Backend & Cloud: Expert-level Microsoft Technologies (.NET, Azure Dev

Ops CI/CD, Azure Data Services like ADF, Azure SQL, and Azure PaaS like Web Apps, Key Vaults, Function Apps).

Frontend: Strong hands-on experience with Blazor or Angular (one is mandatory).

Mobile: Solid experience with iOS development and MAUI .

Infrastructure: Reviewing pull requests,



maintaining Azure CI/CD pipelines, and writing ARM templates.

Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for Process Owners and Technical Stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

Provide explicit technical direction and high-level designs to convert functional requirements into robust business processes.

Manage daily activities for both onsite and offshore development teams, providing technical mentorship.

Own Change Management, Incident Management, and troubleshooting for L2 & L3 support tickets.

Collaborate globally (flexibility for occasional nighttime conference calls is required).
