Bartender Job Description

We are looking for a qualified bartender who can provide our customers with an outstanding guest experience. The bartender must meet all customer needs, ensuring they return again.

Key Responsibilities:
Take and serve orders, including drinks and snacks.
Prepare and mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and innovative cocktails.
Make beverage recommendations based on customer preferences.
Check customer IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
Communicate with customers in a friendly and qualified manner.

Requirements:
Experience as a bartender.
Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages.
Basic computer and math skills.
Solid teamwork and communication skills.
Professional and positive disposition.
Ability to keep bar clean and organized.
Flexibility to work shifts.
A bartending certificate is a plus.
