In this permanent position, you will report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, focusing on pre/post-inspection for repairs across Manchester, Salford, and Bolton. Your expertise will facilitate engagement with customers, leaseholders, and various stakeholders. Planning and coordinating maintenance work according to cost and quality standards will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre/post-inspection and report findings
• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair work
• Undertake building and technical surveys




• Engage with customers and stakeholders effectively
• Ensure timely completion of work aligning with KPIs
Requirements:
• Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3
• Membership in a qualified body (RICS or CIOB)
• Ability to travel across Greater Manchester
• Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Commitment to health and safety and quality standards
