What will you be doing?

Job Overview: Clean guest rooms and/or other assigned areas in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, and cleaning kitchen area and appliances.
Notify supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied.
Report any rooms unable to be serviced to the supervisor according to established procedures.




Report needed repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
Respond to guest complaints and special requests to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
Monitor and control supplies/amenities to minimize waste.
Maintain linen cart and supplies organized to department standards.
Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued each day.
Report, turn in, and/or log lost and found items according to established procedures.
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments.
Assist with deep cleaning projects.
Perform turndown duties if required.
Follow all company and brand standards in all duties.
Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Friendly and hospitality-focused.
Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced, stressful setting.
