This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing assistance and demonstrating compassion during drives. You will transport passengers in a wheelchair-accessible vehicle while ensuring their comfort and safety. RCT has over two decades of experience in non-emergency medical transportation, focusing on quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe transportation for vulnerable passengers
• Assist with entering/exiting the vehicle and luggage
• Communicate effectively with Dispatch while en route
• Adhere to secure driving practices and regulations




• Support cleanliness and vehicle maintenance standards
Requirements:
• 10 years driving experience with a valid G Driver’s License
• Valuable physical health for lifting and assisting passengers
• Willingness to complete a police check and maintain CPR certification
• Familiarity with Greater Toronto Area navigation
• Robust customer service orientation and English proficiency
