Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and assess clients for job readiness
• Conduct thorough vocational assessments
• Provide tailored job search and retention coaching
• Create and maintain clients' Employment Action Plans
• Advocate for client job placements and interviews
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in the field
• 2 years of experience with complex employment barriers
• Understanding of IPS model and supported employment
• Proven ability to communicate with diverse groups
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
