As the Supervisor Vehicles, you will manage all aspects of the vehicle fleet for CPKC, from procurement to disposal. Your duties will include maintaining compliance with safety regulations, managing supplier performance, and ensuring accurate asset records. This position requires a keen understanding of licensing processes and the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively to support fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise annual vehicle registration and licensing efforts
• Renew International Fuel Tax Agreement certificates
• Manage vehicle plating renewals, transfers, and replacements
• Maintain updated and accurate Asset Management data
• Oversee disposal processes of end-of-life vehicles
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Three years’ experience in vehicle and equipment management
• Ability to navigate CPKC’s policies and regulatory compliance
• Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively collaborate across departments
