The site serves a diverse community of tenants, visitors, and customers, creating a dynamic workplace where security professionals play a key role in maintaining a protected, secure, and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain a visible presence across the property to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity Conduct regular patrols of the mall, includingcommon areas, entrances, and high-traffic zones Monitor site activity andidentifyany safety or security concerns Respond to incidents including disturbances, theft, medical calls, and emergencies Provide solid customer service byassistingtenants, employees, and visitors with directions and inquiries Enforce policies, procedures, and safety regulations Communicate effectively with supervisor,



and team members Complete detailed incident reports and daily logsin a timely manner Assistwith crowd management during peak periods andspecial events Support emergency procedures including evacuations and coordination with emergency services Prerequisites: Ability to obtain a Security License in the province of Ontario Valid First Aid & CPR Level C from a WSIB approved provider Previousexperience in security, retail, or customer service is an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Solid observation and situational awareness Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Strong report writing and documentation skills Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Applicants who do notpossessthese certifications can opt into Paladin''s Use of Force (UOF)/Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) certification program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position Legally authorized to work in Canada Why choose Paladin?
