Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate communications within the College and with external partners
• Prepare and coordinate quality meeting materials and reports
• Manage and arrange internal/external meetings seamlessly




• Prioritize and troubleshoot competing demands for the CEO
• Support special projects and Board meeting preparations
Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma in business administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-suite executives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to handle confidential information discretely
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite
