Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to understand business needs.
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and documentation practices.
